This month marks nine months since Robert Craig joined BNI Nexus as the chapter’s Healthcare Partner, representing WPA Healthcare Practice and his local business, Clyde Health.

Over that time, Robert has been working closely with local business owners, directors and self-employed professionals, meeting clients both new and existing to help them better understand, review and tailor their private medical insurance arrangements. His role focuses on making healthcare cover practical, transparent and aligned to how businesses actually operate, rather than offering one size fits all solutions.

A key part of Robert’s approach is being present within the local business community. Unlike many private medical insurers, where advice is often remote or transactional, Robert meets clients face to face wherever possible. This allows for deeper conversations around workforce health, absence, budgets and future plans, ensuring WPA policies are structured around real business needs.

Through BNI Nexus, Robert has supported fellow members and their contacts with initial reviews, renewal discussions and guidance around private medical insurance and wider healthcare benefits. His focus remains on advice first, education second and solutions only where they genuinely add value.

As BNI Nexus continues to grow, Robert looks forward to supporting more local businesses in the months ahead and strengthening the chapter’s reputation as a trusted network of professionals who put relationships and long term value first.
