This week marked the 20^th anniversary of BNI Nexus and, as you might expect, we celebrated the occasion in style. 

BNI Nexus members both old and new gathered together for a rather special edition of our weekly meeting, where we had the chance to catch up and reflect on a remarkable 20 years of networking together. 

Even better, BNI executive director Rob Copeland, showed up with a rather tasty cake to really get the party started.

From the very start BNI Nexus has been about bringing people and businesses together, so it was only right to celebrate this milestone in style with all our friends, both old and new.

It was fantastic to see so many familiar faces at the event, from founding members who have been with Nexus from the very beginning to our latest additions who have only been with us for a matter of weeks.

One of our newest members, Saira Lee, just happens to be the daughter of Hugh Lee, the person responsible for bringing the BNI movement to Scotland back in the 1990s.

We were delighted to have both Hugh and Saira at our 20^th Anniversary celebration, a lovely reminder of both the proud history of BNI Nexus and the exciting future we have together.

With new members such as Saira frequently joining and adding to BNI Nexus, the next 20 years look set to be just as productive and enjoyable as the last, and we can’t wait to get started.

As nice as it was to see some familiar faces and reminisce about times gone by, the success of BNI Nexus has always been built on our ability to embrace new ideas and we are always looking for fresh faces to join one of Scotland’s most successful networking organisations.

We may have been hard at work for over two decades now, but we are still just getting started and firmly believe the most successful years of BNI Nexus are still yet to come.

As 2023 draws to a close we reflect on a year where we have welcomed multiple new members into our ranks, each of whom have brought their own unique skills, networks, and ideas into the group.

Looking forward to 2024, and beyond, we can’t wait to see what these fresh faces can achieve as part of our group and can’t wait to celebrate many more milestones together.
